Thank you for shopping at Ahlam Collection. We are committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and on time across Pakistan.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Timeline

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

• Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

• For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 - Rs. 250 will apply nationwide.

3. Order Verification

• To ensure safe delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to verification.

• Our team will contact you via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Unverified orders may be canceled after 48 hours.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with Pakistan's most reliable courier services (such as Trax, Leopard, PostEx, or TCS) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Open Parcel Policy

• Please note that courier drivers are not authorized to allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment (applicable for Cash on Delivery).

• If you face any issue with the product after opening the parcel, please contact our Customer Support immediately under our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Undelivered Parcels

Our courier partner will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-shipping the order may incur additional delivery charges.
